The Mansfield Free Public Library located in North Central Pa’s scenic Tioga County is seeking a new Director. The successful candidate should possess:
- good verbal and written communication skills,
- competent computer skills and ability to assist the public with technology needs,
- excellent planning, budgeting, and social media skills.
- a willingness to be involved in fundraising and grant writing.
- a community orientation and
- supervisory skills for working with a small staff and volunteers.
Minimum requirements: 2 years of college coursework and either 9 credits in library science or an interest in taking courses in library science. Salary is competitive for region.

I do see I would be past your deadline to Apple for this position. Is this position already filled? I am currently a psychology major, however, I did take a break in my second year in to care for my mother in law. At that time my current standing GPA was 3.8 and had held a 4.0 until the last class did completed. Prior to this I completed college classes for business management and accounting. At the end of these completed clases my standing GPA was a 3.6. I am a musician, singer, and a writer by natural talent and abilities love to read and Lear as much as possible I do have computer skills and abilities as well. I happened upon this position when I went to your website to see what service your library offered I thought if the position was perhaps still available I would update my resume and apply.
